This Cancellation Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which orders and services placed through the Fowzy mobile application and website in the State of Qatar may be cancelled.
Customers may cancel an order under the following conditions:
• Orders can be cancelled free of charge before the merchant accepts or prepares the order.
• Once the order is accepted or dispatched, cancellation may not be possible or may be subject to a cancellation fee.
An order may be cancelled by the merchant or Fowzy in the following cases:
• Item is out of stock or unavailable.
• Technical or payment issues.
• Delivery partner unavailability.
• Force majeure events (weather, traffic restrictions, government regulations).
If an order is successfully cancelled:
• A full or partial refund will be processed according to the Fowzy Refund Policy.
• Refunds will be made to the original payment method within 7–14 business days.
For any subscription-based or scheduled services:
• Users may cancel before the next billing cycle.
• Fees already paid are non-refundable unless required by law.
This policy is governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Qatar and Qatar Consumer Protection Law.
For cancellation support:
In case of any discrepancy between English and Arabic versions, the Arabic version shall prevail for users in the State of Qatar.
