This Return Policy explains the terms and conditions under which products purchased through the Fowzy mobile application and website in the State of Qatar may be returned.
Customers may request a return under the following conditions:
• Wrong item delivered.
• Damaged or defective product at the time of delivery.
• Incomplete order (missing items).
• Product does not match the description on the app.
Return requests must be raised within 24 hours of delivery.
The following items are not eligible for return:
• Perishable goods (food, flowers, groceries) once accepted.
• Personal hygiene products once opened.
• Customized or made-to-order items.
• Items damaged due to misuse by the customer.
To initiate a return, customers must:
• Submit a return request through the Fowzy app or customer support.
• Provide order number, reason for return, and clear photos or videos as evidence.
• Keep the item in original condition and packaging.
All returned items will be inspected by the merchant or Fowzy quality team. Approval is subject to verification of the issue.
Upon approval:
• A replacement may be arranged, or
• A refund will be processed according to the Fowzy Refund Policy.
Where applicable, return pickup will be arranged by the delivery partner. In some cases, customers may be required to drop the item at the merchant location.
This policy is governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Qatar and Qatar Consumer Protection Law.
For return requests or questions:
In case of any discrepancy between English and Arabic versions, the Arabic version shall prevail for users in the State of Qatar.
