Fowzy Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains the terms and conditions under which refunds are provided for orders and services made through the Fowzy mobile application and website in the State of Qatar.


1. Eligibility for Refund

A refund may be issued under the following circumstances:

• Order cancelled by the merchant or delivery partner due to unavailability or operational issues.

• Incorrect, damaged, or incomplete items delivered.

• Duplicate payment or technical payment error.

• Service not provided as confirmed.


2. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

• Change of mind after successful delivery.

• Incorrect address provided by the customer.

• Delay caused by force majeure (weather, traffic, government restrictions).

• Products that are perishable and accepted in good condition.


3. Refund Process

To request a refund, users must:

• Submit a request through the Fowzy app or customer support within 24 hours of delivery.

• Provide order number, reason, and supporting images if applicable.


4. Refund Method

Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method (card, wallet, or bank transfer) within 7–14 business days, subject to bank processing time.


5. Partial Refunds

In case of missing or damaged items, partial refunds may be issued based on the affected item value.


6. Legal Compliance

This policy is governed by the laws of the State of Qatar and complies with Qatar Consumer Protection Law and relevant regulations.
